Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1-2 handfuls of greens spinach, rocket, kale...
  • 1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
  • 300-350 ml water

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients (banana, apple, avocado, wheatgrass, a handful of greens, and water) into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into two jars and serve.
