Ingredients

medium-sized ripe
avocado
approx. 170 g peeled, pitted, and cubed

tablespoons
cacao powder
approx. 20 g

tablespoons
agave or maple syrup
3-4
tablespoons
rice milk
at room temperature
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Serve in jars and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
The pudding is ready to eat right away or you can chill it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
