Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Avocado chocolate pudding is a guilt-free sweet treat packed with nutrients and healthy fats. Easy to make, vegan, and gluten-free.

  • 1 medium-sized ripe avocado approx. 170 g peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder approx. 20 g
  • 5 tablespoons agave or maple syrup
  • 3-4 tablespoons rice milk at room temperature


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Serve in jars and garnish with mint leaves.


The pudding is ready to eat right away or you can chill it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
