Almond Cashew Energy Balls

Easy to make and highly nutritious almond cashew energy balls are the perfect on-the-go snack. These balls are vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, and soy-free.

  • 100 g roasted almonds ground
  • 100 g roasted cashews ground
  • 160 g dates previously soaked in water for 2-3 hours
  • 30 g coconut flour
  • 20 g raw cacao powder


  • Drain dates and put them in a food processor. Add all the other ingredients: ground roasted almonds, ground roasted cashews, fine coconut flour, and raw cacao powder.
  • Process until the mixture sticks together.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
