Silken Tofu Chocolate Pudding

  • 200 g soft silken tofu
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 50 g peanut butter
  • 30 g cacao powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons date syrup
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon rum extract optional


  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve in jars and top with mint leaves.
