Sautéed Pickled Cabbage
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 600 g pickled cabbage
- 1 teaspoon smoked red paprika powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Rinse pickled cabbage well and let it drain thoroughly.
- In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add in well-drained pickled cabbage, smoked red paprika powder, salt, and pepper and stir well.
- Cover and sauté for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped parsley.
