HOW TO MAKE SAUTEED SOUR CABBAGE

STEP 1
Rinse sour cabbage well and let it drain thoroughly.
STEP 2
In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add sour cabbage, smoked red paprika powder, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
STEP 3
Cover and sauté for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped parsley.
