Healthy Almond Chocolate Cookies
- 120 g date paste
- 100 g toasted almonds
- 100 g cashews
- 30 g cacao powder
- 50 g almond butter
- 30-40 g dark chocolate for the drizzle
- dried strawberries
- Add all the ingredients to the food processor and mix until well combined. Taste and adjust flavor as needed (add more cocoa powder or adjust sweetness).
- Form the dough into small cookies using your hands or by pressing the dough out on parchment paper and using a cookie cutter.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with dried strawberries.
